Passionflower for anxiety insomnia
This is my favorite brand of passionflower supplements. I’ve had chronic insomnia for about four years now (due to an anxiety-riddled, restless mind) and this is one of the few natural remedies that works for me. Of course, popping an ambien or valium works better, but those options are not sustainable or healthy. If you have insomnia due to anxiety, try this in conjunction with magnesium supplements and celestia seasoning’s sleepytime tea.
