Beautyrest Sleeptracker Monitor — Intuitive App and Alexa Enabled
First, let’s put one misconception to bed. None of the consumer sleep tracking devices on market can measure sleep as accurately as Polysomnography, sometimes known as PSG. PSG is what the medical profession relies on to diagnose serious health conditions like sleep apnea. It’s performed in a lab, under controlled conditions, with a lot of sensors attached to your head and various other points on your body. It’s uncomfortable, but it’s the gold standard for measuring sleep. If you or your doctor suspect you might suffer from a serious sleep disorder, please don’t rely on the Sleeptracker, or any other consumer grade device; you should instead seek professional medical advice.
